Our books are digital PDFs, delivered after payment clears. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your download does not arrive
If the download link does not reach you or the file will not open, email support@dentalmoneymodel.com from the address you bought with and we will send it again.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not replace any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where local law gives you such a right, that right applies.
